It’s a such lovely bathroom. The stone tiles, the freestanding bath, that shower. But it’s the blue vanity that packs the design punch. Simple yet stylish. By Sydney-based Rhys Jones Interior Architecture
Oh it’s you! Didn’t see you there. I was too busy soaking in my bubble bath taking in the view. Love this bathroom by Jeff Trotter Design. Love the herringbone stone floors, the soft green vanities, the rustic texture added by the rug and that too too cute faux bois table.
He’s the master of mixing eras, of taking a limited palette and adding richness and interest through texture and shape. French-born, Spanish-based Serge Castella’s take on mid modern is fresh, artistic and just a little quirky. Who could mix an elegant French commode with Roman amphora and still remain true to the mid mod aesthetic? His background in fashion and antiques is obvious in his interior design work. Stylish, chic and totally individual.
