Oh so French! Oh so chic! It helps if you start with Haussmannian bones but Fleur Delesalle takes it to the next level with her modern interpretation. favourites? The rattan pivoting doors, the terrazzo kitchen bench and that dining room.

Pardon me. I’m having a little daydream. The vaccines have brought Corona under control and we can travel again. I’ve packed my bag and hopped a plane to France. I’m in Cap Ferret and this sweet little beach shack is mine. Sigh. What a lovely, lovely daydream. Renovation of a holiday house by L’Atelier Delphine Carrère.
