I love the gothic vibe and drama that comes with a Tudor-style house. This home in Hertfordshire, England is gorgeous and plays up on the Tudor architecture with dark blue and black accent colours. Some bold choices like the lighting and stools in the kitchen, a ceiling in high gloss navy and another in red, and black tile in the bathrooms help add to the drama. Another amazing project London-based Studio Duggan.
No I’m not feeling sad. It’s more that I’m loving the hit of blue in this otherwise monochromatic colour palette. This stylish combined living dining room may be compact but it’s packed with tone on tone texture and a subtle hint of tribal. Cool blue, cool room by Amanda Cooper.
This is such a pretty home by Calgary interior designer and hot on the Canadian interiors media scene Alykhan Velji. Timeless and classic with accents in blue and pink, these spaces are bright and functional and could easily be changed up winter/summer or if you simply want a new colour accent.
It’s a such lovely bathroom. The stone tiles, the freestanding bath, that shower. But it’s the blue vanity that packs the design punch. Simple yet stylish. By Sydney-based Rhys Jones Interior Architecture
Threshold Interiors took a beautiful Nantucket, MA beach house and turned it into an elegant retreat in shades of white and grey, all the while keeping it comfortable and family-friendly. The kitchen is an absolute dream – love the stove!
