I’m in if it means a family getaway to this 5 bedroom property on the beautiful coastal country of Victoria’s south-eastern Mornington Peninsula. Georgia-based Terracotta Design Build Co. have an absolutely stellar portfolio filled with some of the most beautiful kitchens I’ve ever seen, so I thought I would start off this feature with some of them, and follow those up with other enviable spaces. Each one has design elements that really pop, from bold uses of colour to architectural details and built-ins.

It’s a little slice of heaven. A NYC loft with fabulous bones and an interior by design firm Sissy + Marley. Light floods in through arched windows while oak floors and exposed beams enhance the industrial feel. One moment it’s dramatic, the next serene but always a chic, always inspiring, family home. If luxury loft living in the Big Apple has been a dream of yours I suggest you move towards the light.
