And a few from me. Georgie made a rare appearance acting like a normal cat yesterday morning and she graciously allowed me to photograph her. Phoebe chilling on the sofa in the living room that I recently covered with 2 vintage embroidered tablecloths. And feral brothers Bernie and Frankie cuddling for warmth on my Victorian embroidered chair.

Never mind the house. (It’s beautiful by the way.) I would be happy with “just” the boathouse. Perfection perched on the edge of the Sydney Harbour by interior designer Sarah Davidson.

I have fallen for this small, 71 m2 apartment in the Stockholm ‘hood of Östermalm. It’s all dolled up in my favourite colour palette of shades of grey and white with accents of black and pale pink. The decor has been kept un-fussy and makes the space feel larger. The adorable exterior is a bonus. Available for sale through Lagerlings.

Continuing my crush on Brooklyn townhomes is this stunner designed by Elizabeth Bolognino. They are so fabulous from the outside, that the inside is like icing on the cake. Look at that door detail! AAAAHHHH!

(See a previous post featuring more of Elizabeth’s work here)

I am crushing on this quintessentially English manor farm in Norfolk, U.K., home to interior designer Carlos Garcia. While quite traditional it has elements that are a bit more eclectic and less country than you would expect. A bench painted matt black, pale blue walls, Eastern fabrics such as suzani and ikat….all make this very intriguing.
