ohhhhh YESSSSSSSS!!!! (Via HS2 Architecture)

The abundance of indoor plants, the relaxed, unpretentious style, the soft light flooding in, the play of old silver and crockery against darkest blue, a blend of old and contemporary. What’s not to love? FIG Interior Design New York.

Last summer Jo featured two glorious spaces by Swedish interior stylist and decorator Anna Mårselius. Two photos is not nearly enough to get your feet wet so I thought I would share many more. They are all stunning spaces. (I hate blue and that photo above may have me converted).

Love this kitchen. I just want to sit and gossip with friends over a cup or two of tea. I found this glorious image in the portfolio of über photographer Ngoc Minh Ngo. She has the knack of releasing the spirit of a room in her shots.

Light, energetic, comfortable and pratical – these spaces by Austin, TX interior designer Sarah Stacey are definite eye candy. Like the fun dining room above – fabulous light fixture!
