I’m digging the portfolio of Resolution: 4 Architecture so much I thought I’d feature a random grouping of photos from their portfolio that caught my eye. I LOVE that house above. That’s what I’ve been envisioning for my home – a creative way to create privacy in front from people on the street.

This townhouse in Brooklyn, renovated by Resolution: 4 Architecture, is UNREAL. Period moldings, tall windows bathing each room in glorious light, hardwood floors I am completely envious of, and an addition at the rear with my favourite black multi-pane windows (is there a name for these in the photo above?)…it’s a beautiful combination of old and new. Just how I like to mix things up.

David Patterson is an architectural photographer from Colorado. He lives with his wife, 3 kids, 2 dogs, a cat and a horse. Perhaps he’d be interested in adopting me and taking me on shoots so I could learn his ways. Like being able to shoot facing windows properly, and capturing a home’s exterior at dusk. Call me seriously impressed.
