Many, many, many moons ago Kim featured the work of photographer Eric Piasecki. She was impressed by the chair porn. Snap after snap of delicious chairs. Revisting his portfolio last week (on his rep’ site)I found plenty of chairs and quite a few more sexy rooms. Love the light in Eric’s photos, how he explores texture and colour. A leading photographer and it is not hard to see why. Don’t miss his own website as well. Sunken brick wine cellar anyone?

WINKS – weekend links. Here we list what has come in during the week, things we’ve found and things we think you’ll want to see. If you’d like to see your blog or website featured email us and if we think it fits with our readers we’ll link you. So what’s in this week?

I’ll admit to crushing on photographer Justin Bernhaut since his photos graced the pages of just about every issue of Domino magazine. I featured him once a while back, and was pleased to see many more uplifting, bright, perfectly composed and simply beautiful photos on his website.

I seem to have a bit of a stalker crush on Australian photographer Lucas Allen, as I’ve blogged his work in 2007, 2008 and again today. I’ve been a huge fan of his work for quite a while, and figured it was about time for round 3. Plus, I spent all day yesterday uploading photos to Flickr that we got back from our wedding photographer (I also tweaked some that my inlaws had taken, and put up a post of my favourite ones on “kim’s page“), so I didn’t really have time to go poking around for someone new to blog about. Might I also mention how bummed I am that Labour Day weekend, the last long weekend of the summer, is over and winter is right around the corner. UGH!!!

Love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love. Do you get the idea? Stylist and art director Emma Thomas has the touch. It’s all just dreamily perfect. Some of you might remember a few of these images from this post last year on photographer Jo Henderson. Emma of course was the stylist. She has worked with best for the best like Elle Decoration, Living etc and Marie Claire. Did I say I love her work? Oh yeah!
