Whoa! Real estate in Sydney may be expensive but London prices are stratospheric. OK I admit this 3 bedroom loft apartment is in the Westbourne Terrace area of London but £2,850,000? Ouch! My sympathy goes out to all who must live in the British capital. Thank goodness I’m only virtually stalking and not actually looking for a place to call home. Love the quirky personality of this apartment. The art, the odds and ends. The bathrooms are cool and the glass floor scary. Link here while it lasts. Via Domus Nova.

A random mix of colours, fabrics, patterns and furnishings in this quirky Los Angeles home designed by Zenzi Gadson and Justin Maurice (of Maurice Gadson). That green vinyl material on the dining chairs is so unexpected and totally rad, and I love how they’ve taken a large open-concept area and carved our 4 individual spaces whilst maintaining a level of airiness.

Don’t get me wrong. I love colour. You only have to look at my own home. But sometimes I’m stopped in my tracks by a stunning home that is all about white. Not sterile or cold white on white but white as a beautiful canvas on which to display your treasures. This Silver Lake, Los Angeles home by interior designer Stefani Stein is the perfect example of fresh, vibrant white grounded with texture and natural finishes as well as pops of colour.

These spaces are so bright and summery. They remind me how much I love sun, warmth and greenery. I wish I could spend every waking moment of summer outdoors. Gawd I resent my office job this time of year. 🙁

I love this contemporary, warm, casual and funky home designed by Regan Baker. It is the perfect blend of modern and comfort. Lots of cool hangout spaces, and I LOVE the graffiti effect paint on the wall in the bedroom. FUN!!!
