Helloooooooo funky wallpaper! And I have one of those Flos lights in my foyer. LOVE!!!! Via Black Lacquer Design.

Pretty much the opposite of above. Simple elegance. Antique gold details. Yummy. Via Kapito Muller.

She also lives in southern California and just finished having her DREAM HOME built. And dreamy is right! OMG I love every inch of this house. White and wood and bits of country and dabs of modern and white marble tiles and counter…I think I have died and gone to heaven. That kitchen tho’!

Tactile fabrics merge with earthy neutrals. Ancient blends with modern. Rough co-exists with luxurious. Where every piece is completely unique. A Chicago row house designed by Michael Del Piero.

I stumbled upon the Montreal townhouse of New York interior designer Garrow Kedigian and had to share because it is all kinds of traditional fabulousness. He is a master at making classic look chic, and his colours selections are outstanding. I particularly love the colours in the dining room – that wall colour (Benjamin Moore’s Caribbean Teal) is to die for. Photos by Paul Raeside for House Beautiful.

From its traditional facade all the way up those stairs to the colourful attic room this house is the perfect balancing act. Farmhouse yet modern living, the crisp bite of white and the deep moody greys, parent and kid friendly. Casually elegant, not at all stuffy. It’s fresh and fun and perfect for a young family.
