This contemporary addition and renovation adds a pared back elegance to a Victorian era home whose original style is usually associated with an overindulgence in applied details. The result is clean lined, minimal luxury. Thoroughly modern living with respect for the past. Batavia South Yarra by Robson Rak.

Russian Architect and designer Maria Marinina has created an oasis with this home, using an earthy, neutral colour palette and tons of textures. So serene and soothing, pared down and refined. No need for alot of stuff when you have so many textures to appreciate.

And some photos from me. The first one is a bit of an oldie but I used it on Instagram to sell my sofa – and it sold! (Any locals want to see what I have for sale – check out my Shop my junk highlight). Then we have Frankie and Bernie snuggling in bed, and Milo in his usual Sunday morning spot (next to me).
Quenching my thirst for industrial lofts with this location home beauty in London available via Shoot Factory. 2690 sq ft of open plan awesomeness. It’s no wonder the owner filled it with plants. Those windows and everything painted white makes for such a bright space. LOVE!
