When modern mixes with classical design, and black, white, brass and marble comes together to create the most incredible kitchen. That antique painting is ideal in this space and makes the brass details pop. I could not love this kitchen more. Except if it were mine. A Jason Arnold project fit for a queen. Sophisticated yet liveable, classy and timeless, old mixed with new, and a love of brass accents that I give 2 thumbs up for. These are the spaces of Jason Arnold Interiors of Nashville, Tennessee. I need at least another 5 minutes to drink in that kitchen above. It’s everything. (Photos: Alyssa Rosenheck)

You know you’re good at your job when you help a client with the gut and renovation of their home so they could sell it, only for them to love it so much they decide to stay. Another winning design by Alisa and Lysandra. Love the subtle pink accents in the living room.

Alisa and Lysandra – a penthouse apartment

I love this stylish penthouse apartment in Melbourne, Australia designed by ‘design duo’ Alisa and Lysandra. What was once a new build complete with builder’s beige walls and not much else to speak of, this home is now contemporary, filled with life (the plants! it even has a massive plant wall!) and has an underlying earthy vibe that keeps it very casual and not so high-rise-y.

A Victorian home with a dreamy kitchen

I am totally in love with this kitchen I found in a British location home via Shoot Factory. Built in 1864 this Victorian regency house has beautiful architectural details of that period but this modern and minimalist wood kitchen is breathtaking. The juxtaposition of old and new here blends really well together. This glorious kitchen is by Blakes London

What’s up with those stools tho’?!?!?!
