Clean and cohesive. Modern and minimalist. A mix of custom and vintage. It’s a fabulous refurb in the NoHo neighbourhood. Bond Street Apatment by Home Studios.

It’s a coming together, a partnership, a considered mix that transformed a town’s old post office into a contemporary farmhouse. Sullivan + Associates worked on revising the layout while interior designers White Arrow worked their magic on the interiors for this historic Matha’s Vineyard renovation. Vintage pieces with modern furniture, shiplap and traditional features with the needs of contemporary living. “The home’s interiors take inspiration in the nearby ocean and farmland, with indigo-dyed canvas, warm textural linen, natural fibers, and leather.”
“Our approach was to design each interior space with crisp, yet sparing architectural embellishments, punctuated by layers of unexpected surface materials and a museum-quality art collection … We wanted it to feel ornate, but also feel light and classical, with a hyper-modern edge.”
Designer Dylan Farrell named the project Georgian Modern. I call it a fabulous mix of different styles and eras with a museum-quality art collection.

This California bungalow has not only the pleasure of some great weather but the vintage vibes this home throws down is giving me all the feels. Especially the master bathroom. OMG. Put this one in your inspiration folder folks. Another project by Breeze Giannasio.
I don’t have cable so I don’t watch HGTV and maybe I’m the only one who doesn’t know about some mini-series about the renovation of this 100 year old home which is owned by half of the Property Brothers. Anyhoo regardless of that drivel this is fabulous and the head designer was Breeze Giannasio whom we appear to have never featured on the blog in all these years so I figured it was worth sharing. Mostly because I am love with the green tile bathroom and was thinking of similar tile for my bathroom reno.
