I had to post some more spaces designed by London-based design team Barlow & Barlow because this first kitchen is giving me all the feels and I can’t get over how gorgeous it is. And I don’t even like blue! (ok I’m imagining it in black instead). Everything else below is just so full of colour and pattern and general boldness as I come to expect from them. Paris-based interior designer Caroline Andréoni is turning dreamy Paris apartments into bold and vivacious spaces with the addition of wallpaper, graphic tile, dark paint colours, modern lighting. Keeping my belief strong that Paris has some of the coolest apartments out there.

This grand 7m-fronted terrace has been transformed by interior designers Arent & Pyke and architect Tom Ferguson with a collaborative design that injects a sense of life and vitality into the striking interiors.”

For once the house lives up to the real estate hyperoble. I always like comparing real estate listing photos and those on ther designers’ website. I’m stalking in the Sydney suburb of Randwick and let’s just say I have had a thing for Cole and Son’s Nuvole wallpaper in a bathroom since featuring this house back in 2015.

Can we just discuss how elegantly simple or is that simply elegant this kitchen by Sacramento-based Blair Design is? Black, brass, subway and stone and as for that luscious caramel banquette … it all adds up to a definite case of kitchen love.

I first featured this kitchen back in 2014 and thought it was just about perfect. Kim dropped back in a couple of years later when there had been a slight change but now it’s undergone a stylish renovation, The blue has gone replaced by a sage green (Farrow & Ball’s Green Smoke), the tiles inside the upper cabinets are now a dusty pink herringbone and brass handles complete the look.
