A newly built home loaded with patterns (I count 7 wallpapers!), colours and lots of glamorous touches create max personality. Hats off to Missouri-based designer Jessie D. Miller for keeping these spaces dramatic yet family friendly as the homeowners have 2 kids and 2 bulldogs.
I spotted this apartment on The Village and wanted to share because it is unique and gorgeous, and has a European vibe I am always a fan of. Though admittedly, I hate blue (especially this shade) in interiors. Not sure why, I just can’t seem to get on board. Nevertheless this St. Petersburg gem located in a historic 1912 building has some really beautiful features, and was designed by Polina Gerasimova and Svetlana Kalimanova of Ruger Design. Happy long May 2-4 weekend my fellow Canadians!
I had to share another gutsy project by the team of Barlow & Barlow. This one has some glamourous touches that I’m really loving, like the brass and leather bar stools in the kitchen. WOW! Lots of fun wallpapers and artwork too.
Killer vibes in this Salt Lake City remodel – another gem by the team at cityhomeCOLLECTIVE. Clients asked that we remodel their builder-grade home in order to make the space more well-suited to entertaining. Full scope included kitchen, living, and dining updates, renovation of bathrooms and bedroom, relocation of staircase, and a complete, to-the-studs remodel of the basement. We incorporated some of the owner’s Mediterranean heritage and family heirlooms to achieve a restful presence throughout.
Loving the glam vibe mixed with dark greys/blacks in this Hollywood Hills home by Deidre Doherty. This fashion industry power couple came to us with a home to remodel in Hollywood Hills and a desire to marry their tastes for bold and wild, yet sophisticated and fine. Together, we created a glam concoction that’s a standout—even by the standards of the rock stars in their neighborhood. A leather-wrapped master closet soothes your senses in the morning. A snakeskin-wrapped powder room coaxes your wild side before evenings out. And robust elements like a copper kitchen hood, Calacatta marble, and a custom concrete fireplace are brash enough to feel edgy and yet solid enough to make you feel held and at home.
