Casa Karina

Posted on Wed, 16 Jun 2021 by KiM

Jo and I have featured so many incredibly beautiful homes in Ibiza over the years and as a result I yearn to visit this magical place. Casa Karina (and several other villas) is a rental property of Amsterdam-born Tom van Amerongen who fell in love with Ibiza and moved there in 2009. It would be a dream to be able to stay here and enjoy the sun, warmth and the surroundings.

An apartment in Rome in the Piazza di Spagna, with an interior that is classic, urban, and sophisticated, a perfect foil to the incredible scenery beyond the windows. With so much history and architecture within view, the black and white colour palette was a brilliant choice to avoid becoming a distraction. Designed by architect and designer Stefano Dorata.
