Mads, whose home in Italy I posted about back in November, wrote today to show us her newly revamped dining room that was a work in progress last time I posted her home. Check out this post on her blog for before photos. Great job Mads!!!

Thanks to Mara for sending in this photo of her sweet king charles cavalier spaniel Leia – who happens to be sitting on a thrifted chair she rehabbed. Love LOVE the chair and the pooch!

Jen Fong is a phenomenal photographer, and her portfolio had me mesmerized. I am totally in awe of her work, and each phototgraph is better than the next. And PLEASE! – the artwork in just about each photo is incredible!! Pardon me while I go sop up my drool.

Timothy Haynes and Kevin Roberts are the talent behind New York based interior design firm Haynes-Roberts. “Careful editing, connoisseurship, and comfort…. result in a “modern distillation of classic design that is spare, elegant, and inviting.” I agree. Definitely high end but full of inspiration.

My twin sister was talking to a co-worker about his kitchen and it seems he needs a bit of help. Saif has a white kitchen – white cabinets, white countertop, white walls, white EVERYTHING. He’s not sure what to do with it to spice it up. GAWD, I wish that was my only kitchen dilemma. Saif, hope this inspires you to add some colour to your bland kitchen, even if it means just doing something minor(ish) like replacing your countertop.
