Ferguson & Katzman

Posted on Thu, 7 Feb 2008 by KiM

Ferguson & Katzman Photography is a St. Louis-based studio comprised of Scott Ferguson, Mark Katzman and Jay Baker. Beautiful work. I love how in each photo it looks like they waited until the natural light was at it’s peak, making them so ethereal.

Rees Roberts + Partners

Rees Roberts + Partners, of Manhattan, was created in the spring of 2007 by Lucien Rees Roberts. Interiors and landscapes are their specialties, but I MUST focus on their design work because it is absolutely fabulous and there were so many gorgeous photos on their website to choose from. This firm’s projects are incredibly diverse, from a 17,000 sq. ft townhouse in the West Village to a vacation home in Cape Town to a sixteenth century farmhouse on an island off the coast of Croatia. Clean, modern and warm. So lovely.

You may know her as the woman behind one of the coolest online stores Papa Stour but Rosie Brown is a super talented stylist and art director in her other life. With a background in textile design Rosie moved on to interior and lifestyle projects. Her amazing work has featured in the Sunday Times Style magazine, Homes & Gardens, Elle Deco and Living Etc. Love her style, just love. Check out her portfolio. It’s a must see.

Rogers Marvel Architects

Rogers Marvel Architects was founded in 1992 by Rob Rogers and Jonathan Marvel. They are brilliant, and the huge list of awards they’ve won proves that. The views out of most of the windows in the photos below are incredible. Talk about modern highrise living in style.

Phorm

Steven Stewart and Ian Wrightson are co-directors of PHORM Interiors, an interior design firm located in Red Hill, Brisbane. With studio out front, the pair’s home behind the shop is cool, funky and pulsing with a modern vibe in an old colonial building. I could easily have titled this “I want to live here”. Love their portfolio and equally love their blog where they showcase their work, their fav design pieces and fabulous finds. Design is alive and blossoming in Brisbane and PHORM is at the forefront.
