Red, white and blue with a view

I’m real estate stalking today in the Byron Bay hinterland. I think the township of Federal perched high above the New South Wales coastline is just a hop skip and jump away from heaven. How about this renovated Queenslander-style home? Modern touches opening it up to the great outdoors and a colour scheme that isn’t a patriotic cliché. Pool’s pretty cool too but you’ll find me on the verandah sipping a glass of white wine at the end of the day. Link here while it lasts.

The house with the pool reminded me of my vacation in the Philippines back in 2000. It also overlooks a cliff and a nice white sand beach You'll have a fantastic summer if you have this kind of house layout. It's sooooo comfy to that point that you become lazy. LOL. But I fancy and missed it so much.

I really love the outdoors especially when it is during the summer season. And I can't wait for summer to come. I already redecorated my house with some floral layouts.

These pictures make congruence so achievable but it's surprisingly difficult to achieve in my home. Guess being broke doesn't help 🙂 Wonderful!

What a pure and elegant house! Looks so peaceful and cozy. I love the integration between interior and exterior, a nice yard to enjoy while you are in each room, just lovely!!

Love the open floor plan of this home!

Yowza! Totally in LOVE with this place!!! So soothing, elegant and comfy all at the same time. I agree, this is a hop, skip and jump from heaven ; )

That patio and the pool area has great views! Also the pebbles-like flooring by the bathtub is quite nice looking. Has anyone lived with a flooring like that? Are there any maintenance issues?

I want to move in.

the house and its location are stunning, but i find the rooms decorated in a style that is way too matchy-matchy and safe for my tastes. still, you wouldn't find me saying no to spending some time there!
