Because I will never tire of industrial lofts and seeing the different approaches people take with these very open spaces, here is one by one of my all-time favourite interior designers, Hubert Zandberg. Filled with a wide variety of antiques with a bit of a safari theme (warning: there is taxidermy and animal skulls for those who find this offensive please pass over this post), it’s eclectic and unexpected.

I’m real estate staling in the Melbourne suburb of St Kilda East. And what am I stalking you ask? Why a thoroughly modern family home with a touch of Scandi goodness… or is it? You’ll be quite surprised to see that the exterior is a period red brick building not at all the matching contemporary exterior you would expect. Link here while it lasts.

I love my hair stylist, but he works out of a rowhouse he owns that he never really decorated and is waiting for an offer so he’s not putting any money into it. Because I spend at least 2 hours a day there every 8 weeks, it would be a much more pleasant experience if it looked as awesome as this barbershop (but he often brings his dogs, so that makes up for the lack of design). One Love Barbershop in Nice, France was designed by Baldini Architecture and I adore the somewhat random and dark colour palette. That shade of green is delish. 

It’s my weekly mantra. If you have to drag yourself into work on a Saturday then it helps if your workspace is stylish. The Aviary, a coworking space for architects and designers in Vancouver designed by Laura Melling.
