Simple, serene, warm, bright, relaxing, comfortable. Another project I am smitten with by Studio Lifestyle.

Neutral luxe

This rather spacious, modern home in Laurel Canyon, Los Angeles, is a modern white backdrop to some luxe elements (that brass range hood is breathtaking!) but maintains an overall sense of calm, warmth and comfort. A perfect combination. Designed by Studio Lifestyle.

House of Grey creates a restorative home retreat that will provide you with the space you need to reconnect, replenish your energy, step back & slow down.”

Relax. Welcome to the way of the future. Embrace a whole-person-whole-world approach to designing and building spaces.

Greenwich Loft

Start with a quintessential NY loft. Leave the shell neutral with an emphasis on soaring windows and loads of light. Add in classic furniture and bespoke pieces anchored by rugs. Keep accessories to a few standout pieces of art and warm everything with touches of wood and rich textures. What do you end up with? My perfect loft by Studio Giancarlo Valle.

Jo shared the 17th century, 3,300 sq ft Milan palazzo of designer Vincenzo De Cotiis a few years ago and I recently stumbled upon it again and because it truly is one of the most exquisite homes I have ever seen I wanted to share it again. This is what taking the time to peel back years and years of layers can get you. And when you leave it raw and untreated, it is absolutely magical and something to be revered for years to come. (You can read more about it here and here)
