I wanted to share this monochromatic dream of a home with you today because often black/white/grey and concrete don’t get the praise they deserve. The clean lines, simple architecture and modern furnishings paired with the glorious Dinesen wood floors (my absolute favourite of all time) make this 371 m2 home in Risskov, Denmark by architecture firm Ardess completely blog worthy. In every way. 

Jo and I are still in long weekend mode trying to recuperate from all the chocolate and general bad-for-you food that was consumed so I leave you with this fabulous home I spotted on Elle Decoration Sweden’s website. It is vintage Swedish with a twist. Instead of pale wood against a white backdrop this home is filled with teak/mahogany tones which really pop. Happy Easter everyone! This holiday weekend for some of us signifies spring and welcoming warmer weather and some green outside. I found this location home on jj Locations and thought this was the perfect time to share it. Apparently someone loves plants even more than I do. This home is filled with them and it is absolutely beautiful with tons of artwork and accents of green to bring it all together into a cohesive spring-y vibe. I adore every bit of this Victorian house – it gives off so much positive energy. I think I’ll move into the kitchen.

This is the home of San Francisco interior designer Noz Nozawa of Noz Design. Her focus is to create eclectically modern spaces and she certainly has done that here, with dark painted walls to easily add drama and some vintage furnishings for funkiness. Throw in that adorable Frenchie and you have got a pretty sweet pad here.
