My 4 day Easter weekend is crazy busy. I have a shop fit out to complete and a second one to start. Teasers I know but hopefully I can reveal more soon. Please forgive me if I just share lots of lovely pictures over the next few days and very few words. None in fact except for the link. You only come here for the pictures anyway. You know it 🙂

There is something very calming and natural about traditional Swedish décor. I stumbled upon the website of Garbo Interiors recently and wow, would I ever love to check out their shop in Stockholm. Here are some interiors they’ve designed and some products shots as well.

Cora Buttenbender

Cora Büttenbender is a still life photographer who works, lives and travels between Paris, Milan and Germany. Her attention to detail and ability to capture perfect moments at perfect angles in perfect light is….perfection. Absolutely lovely. Especially the photo of my favourite lamp above (p.s. I need to take a photo of my new Jieldé now that it has an appropriate base) and that intriguing little dish holder in photo #3.

Jim Stephenson and Azman Architects

Take me away. Lift me out of my desk chair and fly me across the world to this white wonder in Aldeburge, Suffolk by Azman Architects. To a Victorian house on the pebbly beach with views over the North Sea. To a white world contained in blue shell. To another house captured through the lens of architectural photographer extraordinaire Jim Stephenson. Perfect. Perfect house, perfect shots, perfect daydream for me. Now back to work!
