I came across Dutch stylist Cleo Scheulderman who works for vtwonen magazine, and am totally smitten with photos of her work I found on her Pinterest. Her styling of these spaces is perfection. Just enough of this and that to reel you in and make you fall in love.

I’m always fascinated by large additions to modest suburban homes. Don’t get me wrong.  By maintaining the facade the streetscape is preserved, the original house is “recycled” and resources are not wasted, the designs are often stylish and provide day to day living solutions but sometimes I feel like the house is turned to a mirror saying “Does my butt look big in this?” Link here while it lasts.

Diana Corp.‘s head offce in the Padua region of Italy mixes vintage with modern, recycled with original pieces. The company’s creative director Margherita Silvestri guided the renovation from abandoned factory to fab office. A creative company in a creative work place.
