A Park Avenue residence by Studio DB

Posted on Fri, 8 Feb 2019 by KiM

I am one of Damian and Britt Zunino of Studio DB‘s biggest fans. Their projects always completely win me over with their attention to detail (hello glossy ceiling in the living room – my next house I want to do this in every room), and their love of pattern and colour. Every single room in this Park Avenue residence is a stunner. Sophisticated yet liveable. (Photos: Matthew Williams)

Loft lust

Posted on Thu, 7 Feb 2019 by midcenturyjo

It’s my dream loft. Brick and beams, big windows with light pouring in and space, lots of space. The fact that it’s in Soho with views across the Manhattan skyline and it’s gorgeous makes it a no-brainer that I’m now sitting here scheming to make it mine. By Becky Shea Design, a leading NYC-based high end interior design & lifestyle studio. Now if I could just win the lottery and convince the owner to sell it to me.

Yes it’s a real estate office

The client, a real estate firm, wanted an atypical office where their agents could work and entertain. The space is definitely not your standard office cubicle. In fact it could easily be the kitchen/family room in one of their properties. The future of your local real estate high street presence? A renovated apartment in Madrid

Posted on Wed, 6 Feb 2019 by KiM

I am loving this renovated apartment in Madrid designed by Raul Martins. Those exposed wood beams and that tile floor throughout are beautiful features, and the colour accents really warm up the space. Greenery in vases appears to be his signature design element. (You’ll see what I’m talking about in the next post)
