What was an office in Madrid is now a drop dead gorgeous duplex with original details maintained such as marble fireplaces, cast iron columns, high ceilings, herringbone floors. It just goes to show the almost magical power of painting a small space all white. Walls and floors and ceiling, furniture white, warm it up with timber accents and if you’re lucky increase your small apartment with expansive views. When I spotted this apartment designed by cityhomeCOLLECTIVE I wanted to jump up on my desk and shout YES YES YESSSSS!!! The vibe here is edgy, a bit gothic and a style I am completely in love with. If this would take the place of the completely overdone bohemian style that everyone is doing these days I would be sooooo happy.

I am crushing so hard on this home designed by María Lladó. It is eclecticism at its finest where every corner has something unexpected and each piece tells a story. That curved sofa in the first 2 photos is incredible and something similar to what I’ve been wanting for my living room.

It’s minimum fuss and maximum fun in this stylish apartment in Paris’ 19th arrondissement. The renovation is a collaboration between Melbourne-based interior architecture practice Studio Wonder and Laurent Soler. Trés chic n’est ce pas?
