It is full of art, sculpture, textiles and objects that I have collected and curated and spans design eras, continents and my evolving design appreciation … The term ikigai is a Japanese concept which means ‘a reason for being.’ The word ‘ikigai’ is usually used to indicate the source of value in one’s life or the things that make one’s life worthwhile. Aside from my loved ones, my ikigai is design. I am a curator, creator and forager.”
