Love the use of colour in this renovation of a one bedroom flat for young newlyweds in Hoxton, East London. Interior designer Cassidy Hughes has turned a tired space into something bright and airy with loads of personality.
When old becomes new, and no expense appears to have been spared in the renovation of this semi-detached 4 story, 3,700 sq ft Victorian in Brixton, London. The dark grey stained herringbone hardwood floors are fantastic, and so much drama was added simply by painting the stairs, doors and their frames and some built-in bookcases black. This is classy yet liveable and significant attention to detail in the finishes. Glorious! Available as a location home through the one and only Shoot Factory.
A real home, full of personality. Unique but authentic. Eclectic and artisan. Colourful and layered with texture and meaning. Cleveland Court Mews House by London-based Studio Ashby
I love this home by Madrid-based interior designer Marta de la Rica. It’s whimsical and colourful without going overboard, with lots of patterns (ikat!) in small doses without being too busy. Marta has a knack for designing spaces JUST RIGHT. And how freaking adorable is that pink/purple tufted sofa?!?!
Oh the beautiful interiors that Melbourne interior designer Chelsea Hing creates. If this is what she comes up with in real life can you imagine what loveliness is spinning around in her mind? Colour and texture and pattern all stylishly combined to make sure that, if this was your home, you’d break into a wide smile every time you walked through the door.
