It’s fabulous to be back blogging in a new year. Here’s to 2022 being so much better and brighter than last year. I couldn’t think of a better home to start off the year than this apartment above a shop … but not just any shop. It’s Barracuda Interiors showroom in the sea side town of Comporta, Portugal. Think relaxed beachy vibe with natural materials, old found pieces and the occasional pop of colour against a bleached out colour palette. The perfect holiday getaway or imagine being lucky enough to enjoy it year round.

Subtle yet sophisticated, considered and custom. Another stunning property, a 3-storey Washington D.C. row house by interior designer Jeremiah Brent. The stone is stunning, the staircase sinuous and the sense of home enticing.
