This is an apartment I can get behind, and move into immediately. Clean lines, earth tones with hits of mustard yellow (I loooooove yellow), deep ochre(?) and salmon. Lots of comfy places to sit surrounded by pale woods and chalky walls. Appealing to the masses. By interior design duo Espejo & Goyanes. (Jo featured them back in February).

A big, bold extension by Damien Rogers Architecture set the stage but it was the interiors by Resident Avenue that brought the drama into the way the owners used the space. “We meticulously curated an interior which layered naturally-aged materials, encapsulating the home’s timeless style, with colourful, textured accessories for impact and as a reflection of our clients’ lifestyle.”

Another take on traditional meets modern in this elegant home designed by Carmiña Roth. With a backdrop of white, the antiques and artwork really pop and make the wonderfully eclectic spaces uplifting.

Many of the elements in this Watch Hill, Rhose Island beach house of designer Carmiña Roth are a nod to the traditional architecture of the home, but love how she pulled together some more contemporary elements to keep things fresh and relaxed. The result is timeless and comfortable, perfect for a family.
