It may be a marriage of old and new, historic facade and modern metal entrance screen on the outside but inside it’s all about modern living in this terrace house for sale in Sydney’s Surry Hills. The rear garden may be bijou but it’s perfectly formed. A lush green courtyard drawing the heart and eye outside. Link here while it lasts.

What it lacks in size is more than made up in style and the attention to detail. Love the repeating circle motif, the lush planting of succulents and the promise of toasty evenings entertaining by the outdoor fireplace. So many ideas going into my inspiration file.
