A simple luxury

Posted on Tue, 4 Oct 2022 by midcenturyjo

Space is the great luxury in the megacities that dot the Globe no more so than in New York. When we think of space in the Big Apple, though our thoughts turn to square footage inside the apartment, the ultimate luxury is space outside. Balancing act

It’s all about the balance. The balance between the natural environment and the man-made, between sustainability and resilience as well as style and panache. The balance between inside and out, of making a statement and blending in, of being a shelter from the elements but sitting lightly on the ground. I think the balance is perfect.
