I love to start the working week with a virtual holiday have you noticed? Now if I could only find a way to actually make it to Reykjavík, Iceland to stay at Home & Delicious, in one of their three beautifully refurbished apartments in a quiet residential area in the heart of the city, then I’d be beyond happy. Only problem is I can’t make up my mind which apartment to stay in. I’ll have to try all three. Via Welcome Beyond.

Simplicity and refinement, in shades of black, grey and white. A beautiful and strong combination that always wins. And now I am rethinking painting my yellow hardwood again. *sigh* Via JJ Locations. 

More like a favourite local café than a private house that’s the thinking behind this modern extension to a California bungalow in St Kilda, Melbourne by MAKE Architecture. A place for family and friends to come together. A place to connect with the local community. Inside connecting with out. Private spaces connecting easily with public.
