There are the lucky few who live in Paris. There are the luckier few who live in a Haussmannian apartment with its sugar icing plaster details, beautiful floors and towering windows and doors. Then there are the luckiest few of all who live in a Haussmannian apartment renovated by Parisian interior designer Véronique Cotrel of  L’agence Véronique Cotrel where the marriage between old and new is sublime. Majestic and welcoming. Historic yet perfectly attuned to contemporary living.

This type of classic, pared down style really speaks to me. It’s so beautiful and each space reads like a piece of art. This would be what I do in my fourth house 😉 Designed by Atlanta based Anna Booth Interiors.

Not everyone loved the last feature I shared of Annie Brahler of EuroTrash‘s work. And not everyone will love this one that is very Hollywood glam with gorgeous marble harlequin floors, lots of gold/brass and blingy chandeliers. But I had to share it because she’s got balls and I admire that. Go big or go home, amiright?
