It’s been several years since I first heard about Henrybuilt kitchens. I have lusted after their kitchens from that moment on. Modern and clean lines yet they exude warmth. We don’t usually blog “products” but this is more about some fabulously designed kitchens, and when the folks at Henrybuilt sent over some photos, I was more than happy to share them here (especially when I heard their new range offers more traditional and rustic options). The next time I’m due for new kitchen cabinets, I’m totally going to harass these folks to hook me up. 😉

While googling country kitchens (I have a hankering for simple, clean Shaker style lines in my hopefully soon to be renovated kitchen) I stumbled upon British bespoke kitchen designers deVOL. Beautiful freestanding kitchen furniture… islands, cabinets, butcher’s blocks, shelves and more. I love the display kitchens they have installed in Cotes Mill, the historic 16th century listed water mill that is their showroom. That’s if you can call such an amazing building a “showroom”.

It’s almost been forever since Jo featured the mesmerizing interiors portfolio of Brooklyn-based photographer Trevor Tondro. It’s about time we do an update. So many spectacular spaces captured so insightfully and magically. I’m a huge fan.

I figured it was about time I revisit the work of architecture and design firm VW+BS (Voon Wong & Benson Saw). They now have offices in London, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur and continue to create spaces that inspire, whether casual or a bit on the glam side. Overall they stick to a modern aesthetic and their attention to detail is spot on.

I had to revisit the following kitchen – it FLOATS! COOL!!!
