Green with envy

Posted on Tue, 26 Nov 2013 by midcenturyjo

Love these fab, floral fancies. Envious that they aren’t mine. Even more green with envy over the talent of photographer Jeroen van der Spek. Soft, natural light. A little moody, at times mysterious, still, waiting, marking time. Brilliant! Via STILLSTARS.

Nothing fancy, just a very white apartment decorated with an odd assortment of lighting, furniture and a huge cactus in the kitchen. Because WHY NOT?! Via Le case di Elixìr.

Crate madness

Posted on Sun, 13 Oct 2013 by KiM

Happy Thanksgiving to all our Canadian readers! I am beyond excited to head to my parents later today and eat my face off. 🙂 Speaking of giving thanks, I know I should be thankful that I have a home (among many other things) but WOW – I’d rather live in this funky loft! I have an obsession with vintage storage items – particularly wooden crates, and I have never seen anything like this before. It’s crate madness!!!! They’re EVERYWHERE!!! They’re makeshift walls, a kitchen island base, a bed, night stands, a coffee table, sofas, a bathroom vanity….. (via Le case di Elixìr) **OOPS – Jo already blogged it here but these photos are much better)
