My love affair with monochromatic interiors continues in 2019 and this modern, boho house by Indianapolis-based design firm and lifestyle boutique Haus Love Interiors is just what I crave. Right on trend with their tight colour palette of neutrals beefed up with texture and natural materials, the home epitomises easy living elegance.

Connecticut and NYC based interior designer Alison Kist believes that people don’t just live in their home, they form a relationship with it. Her style is eclectic, a casually elegant mix of old and new along with the quirky, the whimsical and pieces that tell a story. What she creates is a home that tells the owner’s story, the best sort of home.

A classic P&O style house has been carefully reconfigured and restored by Sydney-based interior designers Arent & Pyke, returning its Art Deco chic and providing a considered style to a house owned by a curator. Designer as curator, owner as curator? There could be a clash of temperaments but instead the house is a stylish homage to a glamorous era.

Not your typical beach apartment but then again Cobalto Studio are not your typical interior designers. The Barcelona-based firm is equally as talented when it comes to art direction, set design, event concept design and prop styling.
