Pink (and other colours) in an Oslo apartment

Posted on Sun, 17 Feb 2019 by KiM

There’s nothing more that I love than creativity and uniqueness in interiors. It gets really tiring seeing the same thing over and over again (Instagram and Pinterest, I’m talking about you, and bohemian style specifically). I spotted this Olso apartment on The Cut and nearly had a stroke. Hello pink, green marble and brass kitchen of my dreams!!! This home could not be more one-of-a-kind. LOVE THAT. Warm tones in a renovated Warsaw apartment

I spotted this renovated apartment in Warsaw, Poland on AD Germany and had to share because I fell in love instantly. The warm brown and gold tones of most of the spaces are so yummy, and that herringbone floor! And that kitchen!!! Designed by Colombe. (Photos: Kasia Gatkowska)

Living large in London

I spotted this location home on Shoot Factory and had to share. It is soooo spacious – 7000 sq ft with 6 bedrooms, a pile of bathrooms, 3 living rooms, an indoor/outdoor pool…. The following photos are only maybe half of the rooms in this house. WHOA! I adore the kitchen (that brass and marble!), and the openness to the dining and living room (one of them).

Sunday lunch at the bistro

Café Birdie in L.A.’s Highland Park neighbourhood is a little bit of Paris bistro style in California. Designed by ETC.etera, this firm accentuated the 1920’s structure with some sexy lighting, beautiful floral wallpaper, pretty pale colours. The black bentwood stools and chairs, iron and marble tables, marble topped bar and brass accents really add to the Parisian vibe. There is also a cocktail bar in behind called Good Housekeeping with exposed brick and a gold bar. I would loooove to spend my Sunday here!

A fun and fresh contemporary kitchen

Pink and blue and brass … not what you would expect in a kitchen but this is not your average kitchen. No. It’s another Naked Kitchen. Modern and chic with that clean lined, no handle look. Think fun and flirty and fresh.
