My 4 day Easter weekend is crazy busy. I have a shop fit out to complete and a second one to start. Teasers I know but hopefully I can reveal more soon. Please forgive me if I just share lots of lovely pictures over the next few days and very few words. None in fact except for the link. You only come here for the pictures anyway. You know it 🙂

Stalking with water views

Imagine a hot summer’s day. Barely a breeze to move the humid air. The sort of day to rest within the shadows, lazily watching the water ripple as the occasional fish flops and plops. Cicadas thrum and the only movement is a slow wispy cloud that teases with the promise of rain that will never come. I couldn’t think of a better place to pass the long summer hours, doing nothing but taking it all in through sleepy eyes. Perhaps a dip in the surprisingly cool water just a stone’s throw away. I’m real estate stalking in Berowra Waters north of Sydney. More than the perfect weekender that I’d never want to leave. Link here while it lasts.

Stalking two

Just a short hop away from my last post and I’m taking a virtual tour of an apartment in a warehouse conversion in Fitzroy North. Historic facade and modern interiors with tall walls of glass to take in the inner city views. Love the winding stairs climbing to the top floor where the current owners have created a wonderful office space. What a great space to work. Which one does it for you? Factory pad number one or warehouse apartment number two? Link here while it lasts.

Stalking one

Got my checklist for today’s real estate stalking. Apartment in an old textile factory. Tick. Saw-tooth roof line. Tick. Large metal framed windows. Tick. Inner city Melbourne, Fitzroy to be precise. Tick. Red brick. Double tick. Think my factory conversion wish list is complete. If the owners throw in the hanging garden of string and moss wrapped plants then I might just sign on the dotted line. I’m stalking the first of two industrial style apartments. Link here while it lasts.

P.S. If you are looking for moss ball plants in Australia then try Mister Moss. Mine was a Christmas gift and it is still going strong.
