I’m stalking my first house for the year and I’m excited. The real estate blurb for this Armadale, Melbourne house reads “sophisticated style and effortless practicality”. I’m seeing fab family spaces without any sacrifice in good looks. Love the kitchen, the family room TV wall, the sliding arm wall lights and the casual formality of the backyard.
