This was, up until recently, the Vancouver home of stylist and designer Jennifer Scott and it is sooooo charming and girly and eclectic. You can read all about it in this blog post, but I just wanted to point out how awesome her finds are from her trip to Morocco, and how evident her love of vintage finds is. Her home is so fantastic I had to include a part 2 coming up later of the outdoor spaces.

I’ve always fantasized about living in any number of my favourite shops. Just curl up in the display bed after the door have closed for the day. Could you? Would you? Absolutely no problem moving into this Amsterdam loft space (a converted garage) with a stylish atelier at the front and an equally sensational living space at the back. Very public during business hours but a wall of vintage windows can be closed off to provide security if not privacy when needed. 230 sqm of bright, white and light loft for sale here.

Shaped almost like a child’s drawing of a house these two pavilions have been positioned to take advantage of the views and the sunlight, providing that all important connection between inside and out. The buildings may be clean lined and minimal in their shape but the interiors are warm and welcoming, overflowing with bright light and I’m guessing cooling breezes when they arise. Contemporary Spanish living at its best by ÁBATON.

When the view is so spectacular why try to compete with your interior design? You’ll only come off second best. Instead be understated, sophisticated, complementary. Love the subtle cloud references in this stylishly simple apartment in Sydney by Ioanna Lennox Interiors. I’m quite sure living here would at times be like living in the clouds.

A little bohemian for your afternoon in this East Village apartment by Jill Danyelle of Verdoier. Fabulous neutral colour palette of mostly white and wicker and wood.
