I think in a parallel universe I’m rich and summer in the Hamptons but not in your usual Hamptons’ home. No I live in a house that is timeless yet contemporary, full of colour and killer art. The front door is purple, a big yellow canoe hangs in the entrance and my love for midcentury shines through. In a parallel universe Timothy Brown Studio designed this Amagansett home just for me.
Given a modern penthouse by the developers to style, Neal Beckstedt has created a sophisticated yet relaxing oasis in downtown New York. A mix of old and new pieces and carefully chosen artwork has given the four bedroom apartment personality. It’s worldly and suave yet casual and grounding. Definitely not your usual brash “we’ve got cash” styled for sale home.
It’s my dream loft. Brick and beams, big windows with light pouring in and space, lots of space. The fact that it’s in Soho with views across the Manhattan skyline and it’s gorgeous makes it a no-brainer that I’m now sitting here scheming to make it mine. By Becky Shea Design, a leading NYC-based high end interior design & lifestyle studio. Now if I could just win the lottery and convince the owner to sell it to me.

It’s all about a modern elegant style. Strong and confident, easy going but chic. Light pours in through large windows or doors that can be flung open to the outdoors. Exquisite finishes, attention to detail, clean lined yet devoted to comfort and easy living. A timeless sanctuary in Brentwood by MLK Studio.
