And some from me. Featuring one of the ferals, Frankie (he’s doing so well these days – always hangs out in the vicinity of us, loves cuddling in bed while we’re trying to sleep at 4 am…) and my little princess Mimin.
I think Frankie and Bernie are now adoptable.They will need to go to a special home that is quiet (hopefully they go together, or at least with someone who has other cats as these guys LOVE cat company) with someone who understands what they’ve been through. And some from me. Feral kitty Georgie spends most of her time hiding out in the basement (so sad) but when the husband and I spent a few hours down there over the weekend organizing our junk, she snuck upstairs and spent the rest of the afternoon sunning herself in the living room. Then I found Bernie (not so feral now!) snoozing on the sofa (first time I caught him up there). Friday I left work early with stomach troubles, and I had company the entire time from my spot on the sofa (Lucky and Bernie).

This is Jellybeans, my 5-year-old chihuahua. I sometimes call her the Princess and the Pea because she likes to climb on top of any and all pillows in sight. I just made the yellow ones pillows pictured, so I’m grateful to her for letting me get one good picture before she takes them for her own.

I know this isn’t inside of my home, but it’s my neighbour cat Mo. Ever since my cat has died he keeps me company in my garden and he makes my grieves a little less. This is his favourite place.

1. The first picture (not aesthetically interesting) is to show you that four generations/families can become accepting enough to share our/their bed! On this photo, we have Tiger, Fougère, Shadow, Bruni and Repton! Tiger and Bruni are siblings, Shadow is Fougère’s mother and Repton is Shadow’s half brother… 
2. Tiger was found in my garden, adopted and adored by my dad until he passed away. Tiger then came back to live with us. On this photo, he is on my/his father’s modern mosaic coffee table.
3. Finally, Buxus and Fougère taking a nap on the white sofa! They have been featured on Pets on furniture before (August 2014) but I couldn’t resist this photo.

This is Banshee, our 6 year old part Old English Sheepdog/part unknown pup. Every night she takes the best seat in the house. We don’t mind though. With all she has to put up with from our 2 and 4 year old, she deserves it.
